*YOUR MISSION*

En tant qu'apprenti(e) Contrôleur de Projet Central, vous apporterez votre soutien au Contrôle de Gestion Central pour ACS. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de Contrôle de Gestion Programme et l'équipe Comptabilité.

As Central Project Controller apprentice, you will support Central Controlling for ACS and be in our Toulouse facility. You will work closely with the Program Controlling team and the Accounting Team.

*YOUR DAY TO DAY *

Gestion des temps et des charges :

* Support à la saisie des temps dans les outils internes
* Préparation de rapports d'analyse d'heures consommées vs budget
* Suivi et reporting des heures consommées sur les Work Packages (ADS), participation aux réunions hebdomadaires de suivi

Suivi achats et ordres internes :

* Création et/ou validation des demandes d'achats au quotidien
* Création, gestion et archivage des « Work Orders »
* Suivi des signatures et stockage dans les dossiers partagés Finance

Structuration financière des projets :

* Création et mise à jour de la hiérarchie des programmes et des centres de profit

Support au pilotage et reporting financier :

* Support au développement et à la mise à jour des outils de reporting (ex. rapports centres de coûts)
* Contribution à la consolidation des données pour le reporting global
* Participation au processus de clôture mensuelle

Support au processus budgétaire :

* Appui au processus de remontée du plan de charge (Bottom-Up Workload)

Time and Workload Management:

* Support for time entry in internal tools
* Preparation of analysis reports on hours consumed vs. budget
* Monitoring and reporting of hours consumed on Work Packages (ADS), participation in weekly follow-up meetings

Procurement and Internal Orders Follow-Up:

* Creation and/or validation of purchase requests on a daily basis
* Creation, management, and archiving of Work Orders
* Signature tracking and storage in shared Finance folders


Project Financial Structuring:

* Creation and update of program hierarchy and profit centers
Support for Financial Management and Reporting:


* Support in the development and update of reporting tools (e.g., cost center reports)
* Contribution to data consolidation for overall reporting
* Participation in the monthly closing process


Support for Budget Process:

* Assistance in the Bottom-Up Workload planning* process*


*YOUR PROFILE *

*FR : *

* Diplôme de niveau Master en administration des affaires, finance, ou comptabilité analytique
* Expérience/connaissances en contrôle de gestion
* Connaissances de base en comptabilité
* Langues : français et anglais (niveau professionnel)
* Maîtrise des outils MS Office, en particulier Excel. La connaissance de SAP est un plus
* Compétences relationnelles : dynamique, proactif(ve), esprit d'initiative et créatif(ve)

* Master degree in Business administration, Finance, Analytical accounting
* Controlling experience/background
* Accounting basics understanding
* Languages: French & English (professional)
* MS Office, in particular Excel. SAP knowledge is a plus
* Social skills: dynamic, proactive, think out of the box
